The Co-design Assistant is an AI-guided platform that helps DestinE service providers design their services around real user needs. Built on a structured four-phase co-design methodology developed by Mines Paris PSL, it supports service providers through stakeholder identification, diagnostic analysis, workshop facilitation, and sustainability planning. The assistant combines conversational AI guidance with methodology-grounded templates to make rigorous co-design accessible to non-specialist teams.
Objectives
- The Co-design Assistant has been designed to empower DestinE service providers to structure and lead their own co-design processes. It helps teams engage user communities meaningfully and build resilient, collaborative relationships that drive lasting service adoption.
